Support selectable text in dialogs where possible

It would be nice if rfd supported selecting and copying text on platforms where it might be possible.

If a crash occurs for example, the user might want to copy the crash info text, so they can paste it into an issue.
But right now, for example on linux gtk backend, the text in a message dialog is not selectable.
