Examples not working

As an extension to issue #136: The example of GE_parse.txt is not working. I sadly cannot reopen the issue @jmmcd...

The error I'm getting is that the individual that is evaluated using the function eval(), receives a phenotype string, which in this case is literally a string. This string cannot be evaluated as such.

I tried some simple quick fixes that let to nothing.

Furthermore, the following are also not working:

regex_improvement.txt
seed_run_target.txt

[jmmcd]

For GE_parse.txt, the Wiki https://github.com/PonyGE/PonyGE2/wiki/Scripts#ge-lr-parser suggests to run it like this:

python scripts/GE_LR_parser.py --parameters GE_parse.txt

It doesn't work, but this is a duplicate of #112. (I can't fix this as I don't know that area of the code.)

For the others I'm going to raise new issues.
