How did you upgrade to 21.10? (Fresh install / Upgrade)

Related Application and/or Package Version (run apt policy $PACKAGE NAME):
Cosmic Desktop and Gnome Desktop settings. Horizontal workspaces might be intentionnally unsupported in Cosmic Desktop as it might just be UI design choice, but could it be supported in vanilla Gnome ?
Issue/Bug Description:
There is no keyboard shortcut to switch to rightward workpace or leftward workspace in the keyboard shortcut settings.
Steps to reproduce (if you know):
Taking a look at the keyboard shortcuts settings.
Expected behavior:
Having an option labelled something like "switch to next workspace" or "switch to previous workspace".
