(App List) (Accessibility) Option to show app labels and ungroup app windows #297

This feature request would give an option for each app window to have its name label present in the panel adjacent to its icon (see KDE/Windows screenshots below).

For people with visual/processing difficulties this is helpful as each window of an app is displayed separately - allowing for their direct visualisation and manipulation (opening, closing, rearranging, previewing).

Additionally this option may be helpful for new System76 customers who are switching from Windows computers.
