Dock unhides when clicking on some applications.

Issue

When the dash is set to auto hide there are applications that cause it to appear when they gain focus but not consistently.

Applications affected:

• Gnome Terminal
• Cheese

Not sure if we would rather it stay hidden or appear on every focus change, but at the moment the action is not ideal.

From what I have noticed with this, if the application is not full screen or covering where the dock is; the auto hide function doesn't work.

I've seen that one too @blakeridgway. Mine is a bit different though, and I'll try to capture a video of the issues and add them to the issue.

@bflanagin I believe I just experienced what you were talking about. Mostly noticed it when working with LibreOffice.
