After the latest kernel update i'm having vsync (tearing) issues with an Nvidia card and drivers.

It's probably an Nvidia issue, but it started happening after the latest kernel update, details as following:

Ryzen CPU/Geforce 3060 Ti with Nvidia drivers v550.54.14. No adjustments made in any config. Monitor hooked up via displayport.
