i even tried on speakers though on spotify at the start it bursts and then stops
i tried following the guide to fix audio problems

and when i tried to reload pulse audio it said no package found
then i tried installing it and this error came

We're in the process of updating that article, but Pop!_OS 22.04 uses Pipewire instead of Pulseaudio, so trying to install Pulseaudio won't help anything. For reference, here is the pull request to update that support doc: system76/docs#1005

To restart Pipewire, try running the command systemctl restart pipewire --user.
