System is not receiving update notifications

I don't get any update notification, although I set the setting to daily.
System was upgraded from 21.10 to 22.04 via OS Upgrade & Recovery tab.

Do you get any errors when running sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade in the terminal?

Updating in general works just fine.

Is there anything else I can try to get notifications?

I don't know what's wrong, so I'm not sure. Maybe check Settings > Notifications to make sure something important isn't turned off. Also make sure "do not disturb" is not turned on.

The 'weekly' setting in 'System & Application Updates' works, and notifies me when a system update is available. Just not the daily one. If I can provide any logs let me know. Have a nice week.
