(1) Issue/Bug Description: The Desktop Icons NG (DING) extension window overlaps the active window
(2) Steps to reproduce (if you know): I am not sure what exactly triggers this usually its usually reproducible for me with extensions app

(3) Expected behavior: The Desktop Icons shoudlnt overlap the active window

I think maybe pressing the superkey and going to the workspace switcher/overview mode causes this but I am not too sure
