In my defence, the output of "flatpak search telegram" shows the application id as "org.telegram"

For the record, that was flatpak/flatpak#4535

It was fixed in flatpak 1.12.3

I think maybe I should add a step which (optionally) adds the flatpak maintainer PPA so people can get the latest. Will have a think on that.
