Exclude individual accounts

Description:
I have both my work and personal email accounts on my phone.  When using my 
normal contact list, it only shows my Gmail contacts, when using READY 
contacts, both my Gmail and work contacts are listed.  I was hoping that there 
would be a way to exclude the work contacts in the READY app.  I only have my 
work account linked to receive emails but not phone contacts.  The reason I'm 
looking for the ability to exclude that account is because I have 5000+ 
contacts on my work list.  Makes it hard to find personal contacts when 
scrolling.

Phone brand (eg. Samsung Galaxy S4):
HTC One M8

Android SDK (eg. 4.4.2):

Android 4.4.2

right on the main screen from the left edge of the screen:
