Plastik Doesn't Adapt to the Active Color Scheme #9

The Plastik Plasma Style currently looks the same regardless of color scheme, unless that color scheme is dark, in which case all of the text and inherited breeze icons and widgets turn white and become unreadable. It should be made to instead follow the active color scheme.

I took a look at documentation from here https://develop.kde.org/docs/plasma/theme/quickstart/
Seems like the easy way to something follow the color scheme is to add a "hint-apply-color-scheme" element to the SVG. I tried it with the panel background (widgets/panel-background.svgz), but it didn't work very well. Using a dark color scheme only made it a bit darker, it was still pretty much white.

There's another option, which is documented here https://develop.kde.org/docs/plasma/theme/theme-details/#using-system-colors. Looks a hell of a lot harder, but that's probably what I'm going to end up doing, if I can figure it out.
