And reopen it

Uninstall signer
Delete /var/mobile/Documents/permasigneriOS
Run "chown mobile:mobile /var/mobile/Documents" in terminal
Reinstall signer
If still not work
Run "chown -R mobile:mobile /var/mobile/Documents"
