There's inconsistency between the models and periods in the default example recipes and the plots in the repo wiki.

TCI
- recipe uses CNRM and MIROC5, 1980-2000
- wiki uses HadGEM2-A and BNU-ESM, 1980-2000
RWR
- recipe uses CNRM and MIROC5, 1979-80
- wiki uses CNRM, 1980-2000
NHD
- recipe uses CNRM and HadGEM2-A, 1980-83
- wiki uses HadGEM2-A and BNU-ESM, 1980-2000

The recipes should be updated to match the wiki.
