I know this is a candidate issue, but is there any chance someone could take a look at this? After #2631 it seems like we lost the ability to link to certain sections of wiki pages. For certain particularly long sections on some articles, it doesn't make sense to link to the parent header and tell people to scroll down.
The contents menu only goes up to h3 after #2631, any article with a header that is h4 or below can't be directly linked to.
Concrete example: On https://osu.ppy.sh/help/wiki/Help_Centre It's impossible to get a link to any of the specific issues under the "Performance"section and also anything under Website, like "Can I completely block another user from contacting me?" . These are both long sections, so linking to the nearest h3 header and then telling someone to scroll is confusing.
In the case of the Website headers, they can probably be h3 instead of h4 (not sure why they are like that right now), but the performance section doesn't have that workaround opportunity and I'm sure there are other wiki pages that are the same.
Similar to GitHub's. Probably implement in news too.
