Add favorite beatmaps management system

since we can now add large numbers of beatmaps to our favorite beatmaps.
so it's hard to delete from favorite beatmaps when they have too many beatmaps, because we can unfavorite the beatmap from the beatmap page only.
it would need a management page like user modding history.

also, need to allow users to freely sort the order of their favorite beatmaps, so they can be able to sort in the order they like the maps.
basically, they should be displayed in the order they were added most recently, so it would have options like most recently, user ranked order, name, beatmapset id, etc... and these options must be saved on the server after customization.
ascending and descending sorting is also necessary except user ranked order option.

Definitely something we want to see happen (is the direction we're going with favourites – to make them more of an online beatmap store for users).

would it be possible to have notes for each describing why you have the map in your favorites? would help to entice players/mappers to try the map for themselves possibly
