Caps lock warning should only appear when typing password

Currently, caps lock warning shows up if focused on email. The main concern here is that while being focused on username/email box, the warning appears on the password box. This doesn't seem to be a very clear design choice, even if it makes sense.

One way to handle this:

• Only show a caps warning on the password box if needs to be triggered and is focused on password box.

This is most definitely a bug, should only show when password field is focused, as you say.
