Enabling the "Restart on fail" option on the Sudden Death mod results in no pp being awarded

Bug description

I submitted a score using the Sudden Death mod with the "Restart on fail" option enabled.
When I went to check the website, I noticed that I was not awarded pp for that score.

I then submitted another score with the Sudden Death mod without "Restart on fail" enabled, and that score awarded pp.

This is intended for now albeit maybe a little dumb in the case of perfect mod. If you customise any mod it will not give pp.
