I find ts pr here

but in the current main branch, I can't find this file.

install from npm, it doesn't have type support, either.

Only error API was used in my requirements development, so I add this declaration file , do you consider a pr to support this?

之前是有一个 ts pr，但那个不够合理，仅对默认配置做了声明，但也不太对（不能正常使用），，，，
我也曾经想搞一个 ts 声明，但应该是一个较全面（至少对默认配置做声明）且可用的状态
