We had the viz frame working in the tech dist, we should be able to do it
for the competition package... but its not the highest of our priorities.

This wouldnt be to hard, but it would involve making the simple java trainer 
more complex, if you want me to 
add the functionality and comment it out, or perhaps make another sample 
trainer let me know..

This is harder than it sounds I think, (I just tried) because it requires both 
ugly
fudging of the RL-Glue methods (because it makes time go by using TinyGlue and
regular trainers just call RLGlue.RL_Step()) and also because the previous one 
was
built on RLViz (not btViz), so its well out of date.

Pushing this back to a value added release that we can allow by separate 
download if
people want and then we'll bundle it with regular releases after.
