Hello dear,
First, thank you for all your work making this possible,
Now, I was trying to play in the GB tower of Pokemon Stadium 1, and I found that it does not boot the bootlegs of the pokemon games, I rewrite the original rom to the bootleg and it worked without problems, which led me to think about some revision of checksum, since bootleg games are modified to correctly run mbc3 games in mbc5, that indicates that the internal checksum failed,
A friend on discord told me that in his decompiled pokemon crystal there was a tool called "stadium" which is the following:
https://github.com/pret/pokecrystal/blob/master/tools/stadium.c
Now, the question is, do you know if the same thing happens for the first generation of pokemon? Could this tool be adapted?

The Game Boy Tower in the Stadium series games is an emulator which bundles the ROMs of the games and it expects them to match when a cartridge is inserted for save data access.

Regarding that file, it only applies to Western releases of Crystal, and my understanding is that we're not even sure of its relation to Stadium (see pret/pokecrystal#752).

Could you kindly join our Discord server and continue this discussion there?
