“Missing” constants: electroncharge, electronmass, protonmass

The manual says:

Many constants are available, including:

• [⋮]
• electroncharge, electronmass, protonmass, etc.

However, fend v1.4.7 knows none of those.

Fend does know electron_charge, but none of the two masses (with or without underscore).

If the two masses make it into fend, please also add neutron_mass.
