Technische Infrastruktur und Kommunikation sollten sich stärker aufeinander beziehen. Konkrekt noch offen:

ich habe keine Idee, wie ich die DMS aus dem Infrastruktur-Kapitel vernünftig in Kommunikation unterbringe - alles andere sollte erledigt sein
