Translations for Sidebar in Contributor Docs

Adding translations to the sidebar in Contributor docs will Enhance user experience and will eventually lead to Quick Navigation. It will also make the contributor docs Accessible to diverse Audiences

We can add translations for the already available languages for the sidebar also.

Hi @pankaj-2503, I am already working on this issue

@lindapaiste It is currently showing the translation for the Korean language in the sidebar. I think we have to add sidebar.md file in each folder of contributor_docs.Currently it is inside the ko sub folder in the contributor_docs.
