Single Method Call for Parse+Format

Add a wrapper / single method to call parse and format in a single call.

The problem with that is that it's a bit of a loaded gun, developers then 
expect it to be able to reparse also using the same call, which poses some 
issues. I will certainly look into it anyway for the next release.
