Hey guys,

First of all thanks for the useful patch!

By some reason sge build fails when java bindings are enabled. With disabled java (when drmaa is not built) the sources are built fine and the patch works as expected.

Have you tried to build the patched sge with java before? It seems that some code is missing.

Just in case attaching the patch that I created from your modified sources (2011.11p1):

Hi Taras,

Glad to know it compiles.

I remember I had the same problem when compile with Java enabled, but I had no time to figure out the reason. It looks like the SGE needs some packages but missing.
