Documentation issues

Currently, in Test Harness, there is a way to run a Python Environment inside a docker container where fully automated python scripts can be run. HERE

This environment is built off connectedhomeip repo, but I cannot figure out how to build this environment or run these automated tests. No documentation for this has been observed.
