Inject the SDK into the demo website. This will serve as a sanity test and as a demonstration of how to use the SDK from a browser. Current plan is to attach the system map to window, e.g. window.kubelt when successfully initialized. This should make for easy detection from e.g. browser extensions.

The demo site has evolved into the Kubelt dapp, which uses the SDK, so this issue is no longer necessary.
