Users have reported sync issues with Twitch live streams.

I think it has to do with buffering issues due to bitrate.

Removes allow_source from the twitch m3u8 endpoint call.

Without the source stream, I haven't seen the same buffering issues on
my Roku.
Addresses Issue #148.

Fix was included in Release 2.3.
