Unsure that if this is related to Wait-RSJob or something in AppVeyor. Performing more tests.

Running this Pester tests on my local machine using PowerShell V2 does not reproduce the hang ups that I am seeing in AppVeyor.

Tested this recently and it still seems buggy.
