Single perimeters on top and/or bottom layers

For cleaner prints I would love an option for single perimeters on top and bottom layers.

SuperSlicer has added this option, but the development has been lagging behind PrusaSlicer's.

Describe how it would work
The number of perimeters is automatically changed to 1 for every top and bottom layers, not only that top most and bottom most layers, but also those who have a top fill pattern and bottom fill pattern used.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I've been using the layer modifier option to add a perimeter of 1 of select layers but this is time consuming as it needs to be manually re-done every time.
