Add TSA5001 to your Wiki of external I2S DACs

Hello Phil,

I've just bought the TSA5001 (Bluetooth 5.3 Audio Transmitter Board - I2S digital Input) for my project. As I like your work on your arduino-audio-tools very much, I like to propose you add a section about the TSA5001 to your wiki topic external DAC.

I've searched several weeks to find a way for my webradio-project to send the received music stream without superfluous D/A/D conversions to Bluetooth speakers. Finally I found the TSA5001. A place like your wiki could have helped me with my search.

As the TSA5001 supports only one sample rate of 48KHz I've to find out how to convert the radio station streams with other sample rates on the fly to 48KHz. I found some very promising information in your wiki. I hope I'll understand it and can adopt it to my project.
