浏览器名称及版本：Chrome 73.0.3683.75
问题描述：服务器下载时，有时候会添加种子失败，虽然页面会提示错误，但是速度慢，不明确。希望在下载历史中有添加种子失败并重试的选项。现在下载历史只显示成功下载的种子
