These are comment based on discussions with Peter and Zach:
Is it possible to plot all non-overlapping ORFs?
What to do when overlapping?
What about positive vs. negative stranded viruses?
Currently, needs to be given as positive for translation, technically could reverse strandedness automatically when given descending ORFs.
