Parallax Images not responsive #260
Comments
@laranz - I've followed the thread and read her ticket, but I'm not quite sure I understand the problem. In the screenshot she's attached, the images seem fine to me. Am I missing something? |
@laranz - can you please help me with this ticket? I'm hoping I can add & fix this on 1.2.2 milestone. |
@cristianraiber The parallax images ( background images ) by default won't resize according to the screen width. If there is a solution to that, it would be wonderful. :) You can check the same in your localhost, insert an image as a parallax image with so many people standing, and then check in mobile width, only few people are showing. Hope I explained better. |
@laranz - I'm not able to reproduce your issue. The image with a lot of people is displaying properly on iPhone / iPads. What device did you use to test this? Later edit: I've managed to understand what you were trying to say, but this is not something that can be addressed globally (from the theme). This has to be treated case-by-case, since every user will use a different image size here. This isn't a theme issue, but rather a web limitation since we're using Long story short: this should be treated with custom CSS and can't be addressed from the theme. Later later edit: marking this as invalid as it's not an actual theme issue. |
