This is for bug https://pulp.plan.io/issues/3535

To sum up the issue, when sync+publishing an Oracle Linux 7 Repo Pulp threw a fatal exception on Publish and could not publish the repo. With the fix the repo publishes.

There reproducer steps I used during development are the second batch of ones (OL7) here: https://pulp.plan.io/issues/3535#note-15
