Customer was not familiar with yarn and why he'd use it. Let's make it clear that you can also use yarn, but default flow should be npm.

This needs to be removed from the install instructions and quickstart.

The only place yarn is still mentioned is in the JavaScript topic, and there it on equal footing with npm install. This seems fine. Closing this out for now.
