https://github.com/elastic/terraform-provider-ec depended on terraform-plugin-framework v0.14.0, which was not supported by pulumi-terraform-bridge. Upstream has recently upgraded to v1.2.0, but has yet to release that PR.

As soon as they do, we will upgrade to v0.8.0.
