Using API to Create Feed and invite group Everyone to the feed.

Needs Rasse to create group Everyone and add all of the users to it.

Automatic creation of the feeds happens next after implementing new server.

The Recon feed is first implemented as a subscriber status, so everyone can add and alter information there. The should be instructions on how admins can change that to read only as they start to manage the feeds.
