What is the advantage of using Zigbee from BT ?
Maybe a short table would be useful for user to decide, something like this:

Zigbee	BT
Works with any Zigbee gateway	Need ESP32 BT proxy
High energy consumption (18µA)	Low energy consumption (9µA)
200m range	15m range (1km in long range mode with 18µA consumption, but not supported yet)
