Errors out if you use the "para" tag.

Probably should go through https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/x640hcd2.aspx and make sure as many of them as possible are covered.

Fixed. A few tags are outstanding (particularly lists) but I'm not going to jump on them until somebody asks.
