This are some more variables I could use for the contextily / arrow docs

@jorisvandenbossche perhaps we can auto generate the list of variables somehow, so that people know what they can over ride. Otherwise, how can we document this addition?

Could we just add a "literalinclude" to the page where we document this, so readers don't have to click through?
