bug php syntax highlighting

I noticed bug on php syntax highlighting at: https://github.com/yiisoft/yii2-smarty/blob/master/Extension.php see 176 line. Parser not detect "PHP;" close tag to opened "<<<PHP". Other highlighting engines work fine showing this file.
