Add error indication in the tab icon

In short:
When there is any error indicated (in red), reflect it in the Browser tab icon as well (FF in my case), if the tab is NOT in focus - leave it on, if the tab is in focus - flash it. Delete it when you focus into the tab.

Possibly - make it optional.
