Add new spanish providers for http://www.elitetorrent.eu and http://www.newpct.com as sickrage have.

This facilitate the migration for spanish people. Regards

Be careful with newpct changed estructure a week ago and sickrage provider dont work at the moment, same with elitetorrent, now the url is .eu not .com
