Fix citations in about page

I mentioned that our paper is currently under review and corrected some citations.

Fix BibTex citations in our paper

In response to #103, I added DOIs and updated the BibTex file with the proper information.
I also updated some citations in the paper (Muller and Mckinney) to reflect those changes.
