Enhance commands output to show nesting level

When we have a pyproject.toml with the following scripts:

[tool.hatch.envs.default.scripts]
checks = [
    "hatch run style:fix",
    "hatch run types:check",
]

[tool.hatch.envs.types.scripts]
check = "mypy {args}"

[tool.hatch.envs.style.scripts]
fix = [
    "ruff format {args}",
    "ruff check --fix {args}",
]

Running hatch run checks currently produces the following output:

hatch run checks
cmd [1] | hatch run style:fix
cmd [1] | ruff format
14 files left unchanged
cmd [2] | ruff check --fix
All checks passed!
cmd [2] | hatch run types:check
Success: no issues found in 6 source files

I suggest enhancing the output to show the nesting level of commands for better clarity and easier debugging. For example:

hatch run checks
cmd [1] | hatch run style:fix
cmd [1.1] | ruff format
14 files left unchanged
cmd [1.2] | ruff check --fix
All checks passed!
cmd [2] | hatch run types:check
Success: no issues found in 6 source files
