Adding an issue (with the "workaround" label) to remind us that we have a test skipping due to a virtualenv/pypy bug related to header installs:

The next step for this is for someone to stop skipping this test and see if this can still be reproduced.

The next step for this is for someone to stop skipping this test and see if this can still be reproduced.

Could someone try reproducing this on the current master and seeing if this issue is indeed still valid?
