Didn't build on Trusty with the system openjpeg, will investigate. |

Trusty packages are actually version 1.3. I did fix it so that the build doesn't error if no openjpeg is found. I've also updated the openjpeg installer for travis so that it's pulling 2.1.0 for testing. |

This pull request fixes issue #623. Presently it has only been tested on Mac OS X (Intel).
