Help with dependency specification

On part of https://github.com/google/jax library -- jaxlib -- has two separate releases: for CPU (which is the default for pip install) and for GPU. GPU release can be installed via pip in the following way:

pip install --upgrade jax jaxlib==0.1.67+cuda111 -f https://storage.googleapis.com/jax-releases/jax_releases.html

Is it possible to specify these two parameters in pyproject.toml file:

1. release trailing flag "+cuda111"
2. URL that goes after flag "-f" in pip where to search for the package
